Open the studio at https://bulin47.app/dashboard/home. Generating requires sign-in and credits. Picking a mode on a marketing page only opens the studio.

## Modes

- Face Swap: keeps the original freestyle clip frame for frame and replaces only the target face. 12 credits.
- Full Character: rebuilds the performer from the uploaded photo — face, hair and outfit — then animates that version into the freestyle. 112 credits.

The swap targets the largest, most prominent face in the clip by default.

## Input

- One photo, one clear face
- JPG, PNG or WebP
- Front-facing, even light, no sunglasses or heavy filters work best
- Full Character reference photos are limited to about 4.7 MB

Users without a photo can use the Character Maker at https://bulin47.app/dashboard/image to generate a performer image from a text description and send it to the studio.

## Output

- Length: about 6 seconds
- Aspect ratio: 9:16 (vertical)
- Sound: none — the clip is silent; users add the trending sound when posting
- Download format: MP4
- Typical time: a few minutes per video. Full Character takes longer than Face Swap because it builds a new first frame before animating.
