How do Bulin 47 AI credits work?

Every $1 converts to 100 credits. A Face Swap video costs 20 credits, and a Full Character video costs 112 credits. Subscription credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle, while pay-as-you-go credits never expire.

What’s the difference between monthly and yearly plans?

Monthly plans charge once per month, while yearly plans bill once for the full year at a discounted effective rate. Both give you the same perks and renew automatically.

Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your billing dashboard. Upgrades go live immediately with prorated billing; downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle.

Do pay-as-you-go credits expire?

No. Credits purchased through the one-time option never expire, so you can load as much or as little as you need and use them whenever you’re ready.

Which payment methods are supported?

We process payments through Stripe and accept major credit and debit cards.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund window on new subscriptions. For renewals, reach out within 72 hours if something went wrong and the team will review the charge with you.

How do I contact support?

Email support@bulin47.app anytime — include your account email and order ID so we can help faster.

What happens if I exceed my credits?

Your requests will pause once the credit balance reaches zero. You can top up instantly with pay-as-you-go credits or upgrade your subscription to resume generating.
